# AIDO Supplements

> AIDO Supplements is an iPhone app by AIDO that helps you build and track a supplement routine: you add supplements by search, barcode scan or label photo, or create a routine with AI, then follow a daily plan split by time of day, mark each dose on a calendar and get reminders.

AIDO Supplements ("Aido: Supplements Assistant") is made by AIDO (https://myaido.app). You can use it for free with limited AI use; AIDO Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription with more AI use.
